rate "2500" - cara e besteira botar o rate 999999 a maioria dos servers deixam o sv_maxrate 2500 e isso faz com que a sua conecxao piore!!
gl_max_size 2 - 2 e radical mais um bom é o 64
aconselho a downlodear os models que deixam com menos lag eles sao tipo um cubos grandoes melhora paca!!
depois eu ponho mais coisa!!
