Thank you for your reply.
In my previous e-mail I´ve stated that I have downclocked the memory to 800Mhz, and that was the final clock 400(800) instead of 800(1600) as it seemed.
Regarding the ventilation of the case, I've tried this on both, inside (which is ventilated by 4 aditional fans) and outside the case, so even if the card is outside the case, on free, open air, it will crash and present artifacts when heavy load is applied over it.
I'm not running this card on overclock, as it won't even run without artifacts on the default clocks.
I would like to suggest you to change the cooling solution on this vga, since the memory are not being cooled and that is causing the problems not only on my case, but on many other people that bought the same model. That is causing people not to buy this brand and go for another brand/model as the ASUS/XFX/BFG 7600 series for example.
Keep in mind that I'm using this VGA on Brazil, and many other people are having the EXACT same problem; other people (possible buyers), seeing this kind of problem are changing their minds about INNO's quality, and are consequently going to buy other brands, instead of INNO.
As I previously said on the e-mail I bought this VGA based on the reviews on the internet, and as I see, the company decided to change the cooling solution, thus making my(others as well) decision now obsolete.
I hope to help improve your produtcs with this e-mail, since many other people on forums are on the same situation as I am and I really wouldn't like to change my mind about INNO's quality.
Thanks for your time
