    você tá perdendo os pacotes que o punkbuster envia pro servidor da evenbalance, aqui as vezes acontece isso e nunca soube de uma solução

    já tentou reconectar a internet? liga e desliga o modem se for router

    Diminui o teu valor de maxpackets pra 60 e veja se continua caindo.. se parar de cair, vai aumentando gradualmente... normalmente em 100 funciona.. acredito que deva estar em 125 e sua conexão não permita..
