WARCRAFT 3 (((Problemas))) HELP PLZ

1. "Fatal Error" Video Problems in War3 | 7/25/2003 5:40:44 AM GMTDT
Hello, I was wondering if anyone could assist me with my MASSIVE EVIL PROBLEM. I can still PLAY the game, single or multiplayer - I can get into the single player missions and the multiplayer missons. However, whenever a video is going to play, all hades breaks loose.
Whenever I run a movie on the single player, the game either shows the movie with big, weird green bars on the left and right of the screen, or just crashes flat out. The error message that I got is included at the end of my post. Additionally, when the game crashes, the gamma of my monitor increases (though this is corrected by restarting my computer).
I have unistalled and reinstalled the games several times. At first I thought it was an access issue, as our computer has restricted access accounts, but still the problem persists. I did have to copy our OWN registry keys and put them in the different user directories because the CD was telling me to install the game on other accounts when it was already installed. That worked, but the game still gives me the error.
Codec issues: I downloaded a bunch of codecs a while ago, like Nimo and Tsunami, but I user their uninstallers. However, if this is a codec problem, can some one tell me how to see all of the codecs that I have installed and how to remove them (would a program like G-Spot work for this?)?
I have tried some solutions to this problem, like unistalling all my codecs and downloading the War3.reg files from the Blizzard FTP server, but I still have the same problem. Once again, only the videos seem to have this issue, otherwise, the game works fine.
If you can help me or point me in the right direction, I would greatly appreciate it.
